The
wingtips were another nicely self-contained kit. They required about an
hour of sanding/smoothing to get a good fit. Once completed, you simply
hold in place and drill them to the aluminum.
We installed nut plates and phillips-style screws. Still searching for
a counter-sunk hex head (or square drive) screw - phillips are tough to screw in
to nut plates when you don't have a backing holding the nut plate in place.
